No trip to Bihar is complete without litti chokha — roasted whole-wheat dough balls stuffed with spiced sattu, dunked in ghee, served with smoky mashed aubergine-tomato-potato chokha. It is comfort, heritage and celebration in one plate.

Pair it with GI-tagged Katarni rice, Marcha chilli and a glass of sattu sharbat. Our in-house restaurant serves these classics fresh — and our team can guide you to Patna's legendary street stalls too.
