• Identity & contact: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Booking details: stay dates, room type, number of guests, preferences, and special requests.
• Check-in / KYC: where legally required for hotel check-in, a government ID type and number, address, date of birth, nationality. ID numbers are stored encrypted.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
• Account & login: if you sign in, we receive your name and email from the login method you choose (phone OTP, email, Google, or Facebook).
• Usage & device: IP address, browser/device information, and cookies or analytics identifiers (only where you have consented).
• Communications: messages you send us over WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or our website chat.

3. How we use your information

• To take and manage your bookings, check-in, and stay.
• To process payments and issue confirmations and invoices.
• To communicate with you about your booking (via WhatsApp and email).
• To comply with legal, tax, and hospitality record-keeping obligations.
• To improve our website and services, and — only with your consent — to send offers and marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, and only the minimum needed:

• Razorpay — to process payments.
• Meta (WhatsApp & Instagram) — to send and receive booking messages.
• Google / Facebook — if you choose to log in with them (used only to verify your sign-in).
• Analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) — only where you have accepted analytics cookies.

We do not sell your personal data.
